Creating a Marquee

There are several different options you can specify when creating marquee's.
BEHAVIOR can be: scroll, slide, or alternate
DIRECTION can be: left, or right
LOOP can be: Any number of times, or infinite
SCROLLAMOUNT can be: Any number, specifying the amount of space in pixels that is left between each pass of text.
SCROLLDELAY can be: Any number to specify time, in milliseconds before the text passes again.
HEIGHT, WIDTH, VSPACE, HSPACE, ALIGN, and BGCOLOR can be: Anything for these variables!
