  • Performed functional testing of many different software and hardware configurations. Generally testing the most recent, major software titles, and reporting any issues experienced during these tests. Configured hardware in a matter to emulate what the average professional user would experience.
  • Reported any issues found into a bug tracking system, which classified problems, and directed issues to the appropriate engineers to oversee their development, and remedy any problems that were outstanding. Regression was performed to isolate exactly where the problem was occurring, and identified where the problems were occurring to assist the development team.
